Silver Mom, Wow, that does sound like lots of work! It's great that you are getting a hard wood though, probably much more durable. Please also take some pictures!! Im sure it will be lovely, and you can arrange sculptures and flowers on it when done!!!

I will take some pictures of the completed rooms. I will be so glad that there will be more storage space and some toy free areas in the house. We just really need more room and the division of space will be much, much better in the end. I feel like I have no privacy in the house as it is.

Silver Mom, we are waiting for the final coat of stucco but it's too cold to put it on right now. We need to clear out the entire garage because we are building on from there. New rooms, new concrete, new windows and doors. Hopefully by summer it will be done. It's moving too slowly right now. I'm getting fed up with living with all this construction trash around. SERIOUSLY!!!!

Happy Lunar New Year...may The Year of the Horse bring us jade sisters with great health, and prosperity to be able to buy our dream jade bangles, and happiness!!!

Here are the goodies that I brought home with me from Anne's store yesterday... I am not too fond of the design ... but I am drooling all over on those imperial green color jades...

Silver Mom and Clairejune....good luck with both of your remodeling job. We barely finished with phrase 1 and hubby is ready for phrase 2...as for me...I am ready to runaway from all those mess that will cause again....but I gotta admit that the end result is well worth all the mess and stress ...

Dynasty...your twins are TDF!

Petals, wow, those are soooo beautiful! Just stunning! I love the marquis shape of the jade stones and the white metal makes it such a fresh look! Congratulations!

Yes, construction is no fun. It also creates arguments between couples. My main issue is why it's not moving faster. My husband has a very different sense of timing then I do.
