There is a purple Chanel in the new Elle mag. It's not a classic flap or reissue. It looks like it has squares rather than diamond quilt pattern and it looks shiny. It's not a big bag, pretty square and almost positive there's a chain. Don't know if it is the metallic that we've been hearing about or it's patent. I quickly flipped through the mag late yesterday when it arrived.
