Quick update. I wrote to customer care ( email on the card that came with the repaired bag). The card said to write if i had any questions etc. So i did. I did not receive a response. So i met with an attorney who wrote a letter. This seems to have gotten some attention. Hermes Germany wants to talk to me. So a small step and i’ll keep you posted. She said she was sure we could come to a solution that suits me.
