I kindly request that all members participating in the MM and Harry thread dial back the vile rhetoric.

I am not opposed to discussing public personas on TPF, including the constant torrent of news surrounding the couple from this thread. But I find it troubling when their looks are being nitpicked apart to a degree that is just not appropriate.

This thread has drawn criticism over the years, and I discussed it at great length with Megs and the mods. I am not looking to close it down, but the vitriol needs to be dialed back.

My personal feelings about hate threads aside, this ultra-negative vibe is something better suited for other forums, Reddit, or elsewhere. I am holding our community to higher standards.

God I hate people showing their tongues. I know sometimes it's sexual, but save it for your spouse. Grosses me out. One reason I never considered becoming a dentist. Tongues, spit and saliva make me retch. :sick:

Amen! I can still hear my daughter cackling when she found my high school yearbooks in storage. She said, and I quote, "OMG, how'd you go from that to being so pretty 5 years later when you met Dad??" :sad::hrmm::annoyed::cursing:

:lol: I used to complain in the Miley thread about her always showing her Labrador retriever tongue. She has finally outgrown it but it has taken years.

I remember pictures of her at some Grammys performance or something where her tongue was WHITE. Like, eeeewww go brush it girl! WTF.

I shouldn’t have watched that. It could be a dictionary illustration for the term “dweeb.”

It was 1970 and I don’t expect the prince to have long hair or be dressed like a hippie but even then he looks like he’s 30 years out of time. He’s one of those rare people who looks more natural as an old man than he did as a young one.
