I kindly request that all members participating in the MM and Harry thread dial back the vile rhetoric.

I am not opposed to discussing public personas on TPF, including the constant torrent of news surrounding the couple from this thread. But I find it troubling when their looks are being nitpicked apart to a degree that is just not appropriate.

This thread has drawn criticism over the years, and I discussed it at great length with Megs and the mods. I am not looking to close it down, but the vitriol needs to be dialed back.

My personal feelings about hate threads aside, this ultra-negative vibe is something better suited for other forums, Reddit, or elsewhere. I am holding our community to higher standards.

I confess I watched him on Colbert last night. I swear it was an accident. Finished watching a movie, turned to that channel and he was the guest. Annoying of course. The highlight was when asked what his favorite smell was. He thought about it for a few seconds and responded "my wife"
the was groaning or aww-ing from the audience - probably the latter
I wish they would go away

But they must have been in LA already. It's too far a drive from Montecito for a last minute dinner date. Wheeling and dealing in an effort to salvage their "brand" no doubt.

I think they (or their lawyers) were informed about the Sun eviction article in advance and took appropriate action. I wouldn't be surprised if the coffee advertisement event with pictures from ~3 years ago was already part of these arrangements. I wonder now if Harold will discuss the trauma of the eviction with Gabor. He can also share the eviction forms in the paperback version of Waaagh. Speculation of course!

The articles say KC evicted them few days 24 hrs after Spare was published, so they’ve known for awhile allegedly.

So much for all the talk about KC being spineless and doing nothing. Things are going on behind the scenes that we are not privy to, and more to come I'm sure. This gives me hope that they will not be at the coronation.
