I kindly request that all members participating in the MM and Harry thread dial back the vile rhetoric.

I am not opposed to discussing public personas on TPF, including the constant torrent of news surrounding the couple from this thread. But I find it troubling when their looks are being nitpicked apart to a degree that is just not appropriate.

This thread has drawn criticism over the years, and I discussed it at great length with Megs and the mods. I am not looking to close it down, but the vitriol needs to be dialed back.

My personal feelings about hate threads aside, this ultra-negative vibe is something better suited for other forums, Reddit, or elsewhere. I am holding our community to higher standards.

Meghan Markle feels 'excluded' from coronation plans, sources claim

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are both said to be 'weighing up' whether or not to fly over for the ceremony on May 6, according to the Spectator.

The couple's friends say they will not make a decision about attending the Coronation until a formal invitation arrives at their home in California.

They will then decide if they will go to the historic event together or if Harry, 38, would attend without Meghan. It is also possible that neither makes an appearance.

If either Harry or Meghan, 41, visit the UK for the ceremony, it is understood that their visit would be 'brief.'

What tiara SHALL MM wear ? Anything goes, design it, find it, does not have to be a BRF tiara at all, cornets would work, laurel leaves, wheat sheaves

My personal vote is I hope MM gets to wear the Teck crescent tiara, sadly the bottom row of bling was removed, but here it was in all its Belle Epoque beauty worn by the mother of Queen Mary. But they need to find tiara base, glue it on, so, MM has the tallest tiara of all

The last coronation, the ladies all wore white gowns under the cloaks. Poor MM never gets to wear brights... what can we come up with ? Anything from the Pantone 2023 shades flatrering to a POC ? But the color of the year is VIVA MAGENTA, she can wear it to honor the late queen

Both of her funny looking aigrette tiaras are missing a plume. Not sure if they made more sense with the feathers still attached. Like this one Queen Mary is wearing.
