I kindly request that all members participating in the MM and Harry thread dial back the vile rhetoric.

I am not opposed to discussing public personas on TPF, including the constant torrent of news surrounding the couple from this thread. But I find it troubling when their looks are being nitpicked apart to a degree that is just not appropriate.

This thread has drawn criticism over the years, and I discussed it at great length with Megs and the mods. I am not looking to close it down, but the vitriol needs to be dialed back.

My personal feelings about hate threads aside, this ultra-negative vibe is something better suited for other forums, Reddit, or elsewhere. I am holding our community to higher standards.

He's the guy that backed-up H&M's accusations of bot-trolls - when evidence was to the contrary. In fact, all evidence through different sources points to a complete vice versa.

It's interesting and not unusual, via public profiles, men often get 'shortened' to carrying their family name and women stuck with only being known by their more 'girly' first names throughout life.

This story is pretty new but I am firmly on #teamSasha. I can understand why she spoke out and it doesn’t seem like purely a money grab to me.

And if she gets some money for her story, well fair is fair. She could have come out years ago, sounds like she has receipts….but he lobbed the first truth grenade so good for her for tossing it back.

That’s how I’m feeling today. She seems very decent. He, still, seems like a total asshat and a nasty one at that.

As has been posted many times on TPF, these celeb vow renewals are often a signal that the end of the marriage is near though it was pointed out that there were no vows said at this event, just an opportunity for P to wear her wedding dress again. Ellen did look like she was in a hostage situation (blink twice if you need rescuing).

The fact that H&M were there WITHOUT fanfare and "pap" photos--that is very interesting.

I'm all for the gentlepeople to enjoy and stay silent, but she could have sold her story 20 years ago yet didn't, and apparently it was known enough/enough detail out there that people texted her. No sympathy for Harry, he shouldn't have poked sleeping dogs and expected everyone else to take the embarrassment quietly.
