Spare seems to have been highly profitable for the ghost writer (and his wife).
No wonder he’s so sympathetic to the cause of someone who slept their way to the top….
I must really be old then. I grew up in the 70s and I never, ever shared lipgloss or lipstick with anyone, even my closest friends. "Communal lipgloss"? Ew. But I will ask my daughters and see what they say.
This is more ‘relatable’ BS again from the paid journos. If anyone is convinced M was some sort of child bride then I have a bridge to sell them. It’s not true, most teenagers are very territorial but even so it’s a stupid analogy as Teenage girls aren’t 40 year old women and teenagers scrabbling through their meagre pocket money to get mac over Revlon aren’t the wives of inherited money with a personal team who do their hair and makeup.
Has someone checked on Scobie?
Scobie, I know I’ve mocked you in the past, but please know….
Your *****y ‘friends’ have ditched you - what a surprise. At least be happy you didn’t get run over once you outlived your usefulness.
Just know If you want to stop being a liar and a treacherous embarrassment we will welcome you back into the fold! We know it’s hard out here…. Especially for an ageing twink with botched fillers who can’t write.
Come join us, we’re much funnier than H&M at least…
Harold missed the cross, but can still get the dress. Perfect for the coronation that they may not attend.
I think she must take all these crosses as a personal insult..
Lol....this is a brilliant piece of writing

You absolutely pin pointed the issue down to a tee!
Thank you very much I just find this whole situation so deeply baffling and annoying I do occasionally manage to put concisely it in words rather than just Aaaaarrrggghbhh this is a mess!
Well … the BRF would have been lambasted for not giving its first mixed race member a ladida wedding …
Zara and Peter were married in Scotland , if I remember, low key
Yes book recounts his asking QEII for permission but when did he do it ? He states her answer was “well I guess I must agree “ (or similar words indicating her reluctance)
This has changed over the years. I remember during 20/21 all the sources lady C and the like (and we still see this camp with Giles Brandrith’s book) were saying that the Queen & the royals apart from Phil and Anne were really besotted with M and her nasty behaviour didn’t start til after the marriage.
Now both H’s book, low’s book and pro sources alike are reporting all these problems before the wedding.
I think this is just a case of telling people what they want to hear. With lockdown and the whole George Floyd thing people were a lot more nervous and wary about the future and they wanted the royals to seem kind, innocent and welcoming and people were much more willing to give M the benefit of the doubt because of her race. Now of course, they’ve shown what utter arseholes they are to the vast majority of the world and people want a spicier, conflict heavy narrative.
I don’t think we will ever know the truth but what I personally draw from the facts of the large wedding and the relentless pushing of M being ‘a breath of fresh biracial air’ is they thought she’d be great PR and that outweighed anything.
Now that’s proven untrue they’ve been content to do nothing to defend the British people against accusations of racism, the press against bullying and manslaughter, institutions like the Army and health service against incompetence provided H&M never explicitly call one of their own racist
They are utterly spineless.
The Palace has been silent, so LG's concerns may sound unfounded.
Liz Garbus, in an interview with Vanity Fair, claims the Palace was contacted about the series, but denied being asked for comment so they could 'discredit the content of the show'…
Ms Garbus, in her Vanity Fair interview published today, revealed exploring issues of racism, colonialism and alleged white supremacy in the British Monarchy was her idea.
'For me, what was really important was to connect the dots to these larger historical issues,' she told the magazine, adding that the couple was, 'to their credit, very open and willing to journey down some of the paths that they might not have originally considered.'
'The love story is the spine, but, for me, it was always necessary to…connect the dots to the personal story and the larger historical context,' Ms Garbus stated.
What a surprise the idea of putting something of substance (not much in reality but still) was suggested by someone else.
Um, maybe do some research and have something specific to say about what the relationship is and was and why it’s relevant to this story then?
I am slightly confused. Is she operating on the assumption the we don't know The Empire colonized half of the world (we do, Liz. It's called history lessons), or does she think the UK still has colonies?
Yeah if her aim was to explore the connections and educate she did a **** job because it is so basic I think even Harry knew the talking points already.
got email from spotify
Spare audio book available for $34
I will not be listening to this whiny boy
That sounds like a total rip off - it’s half price and not selling here in the U.K.
Admittedly, I stay out of the loop as much as possible. Still, I do not know anyone who talks like this. Is it am effort to sound intelligent? educated? Is it a California thing? I do know lawyers, doctors, professors, etc. No one talks like this.
The love story is the spine? Liz, didn’t Hazzi
say hint the love story is his todger. Has something changed?
I choose to take this incredibly garbled metaphor as a reference to Quasimodo… maybe in some old French folk tale once you join the spots on his back You can see the face of your future spouse? If it looks like M or H you adjust Q’s skincare routine until you get a more pleasing result.
