I kindly request that all members participating in the MM and Harry thread dial back the vile rhetoric.

I am not opposed to discussing public personas on TPF, including the constant torrent of news surrounding the couple from this thread. But I find it troubling when their looks are being nitpicked apart to a degree that is just not appropriate.

This thread has drawn criticism over the years, and I discussed it at great length with Megs and the mods. I am not looking to close it down, but the vitriol needs to be dialed back.

My personal feelings about hate threads aside, this ultra-negative vibe is something better suited for other forums, Reddit, or elsewhere. I am holding our community to higher standards.

So I interpret this as Netflix making sure no one else gets the hands on the “good stuff”…that being when Meghan decides to do a tell-all docuseries about life with Harry and the royals (and maybe even the Saudi’s and Prince Andrew! But I don’t see that happening…lol) Netflix paid their dues, literally, so there’s no way would they give that option up to somebody else now.

The last five years have proven that stories about H&M’s personal drama is all these two are good for, and even at that I think the world’s appetite for it has diminished dramatically, especially after it came to light that “their truth” was nothing more than fiction and fantasy.

The divorce that many here, myself included, have long anticipated may not happen. Her chances of hooking a wealthier sucker are slim. They may be stuck with each other and just keep up the pretense of a happy marriage.

no way she will get as big a fish as the prince again. but I suppose she could live well on alimony and child support.

I can see them discreetly living separate lives, as has already been rumored. Hazy is too stubborn to give his brother and (former) friends the satisfaction of saying we told you so.

They deserve each other, and she will not jeopardize her HRH titel. We know that they will fight to keep it if necessary, it‘s the only real asset they have left.

It may be a first refusal situation. Netflix may be holding on in hopes of a divorce tell all. That could bring huge ratings.

To me, this is just face saving for both Netflix and Meghan. Ted Sarandos doesn't want to admit he was hoodwinked by a couple of grifters. MM and Harry can't have their last remaining deal expire so they likely agreed to almost anything to keep from being cut loose completely.

So the new deal probably pays them little, if anything, but promises Netflix first look in case of divorce. We know they won't end up producing much viable new content.
