Thanks for the tip, my sis heading to Eur in end Sept and was wondering how to get the tax refund.

Remember not to wear the bags before going through customs as they need to see the stuff in brand new condition. You will need a custom's stamp to proof that you have exported the items on the Global Blue tax refund form. Paying by credit card will save you a few percent service charge. After the form is stamped, either show it to a Global Blue refund office (their address list is on the refund form itself) or mail it to them in the prepaid envelope. You will see the refund on your credit card in about 3 weeks.
