I go see them/ the peice tomorrow - we will see if they offer - I have a wonderful long term relationship with my SA and the store - but not sure if they have leeway - I’m fully willing to walk away - but we will see… I’m not holding out much hopeIf you have a good relationship with your SA you can ask if you can be accommodated . She likely
will have to ask the SM, but if you love the piece, asking is always worth a shot & you won't be the
first to ask the question either.
Good luck..

Hmm I remember some home goods (like blankets and pillows) increased in price a few months ago. Maybe this category is safe this time around?looks like a few pieces of FJ are still at old prices, along with tableware (at least for now)

You can ask but don’t expect much. Sometimes it feels like H thinks customers are lucky to be shoppers at H and be allocated product (which they are) but also forgets they are lucky to have these people are clients and those clients can turn to another brand tomorrow. Good luck tomorrow.Totally agree, but alas …..
I completely agree with your post @shrpthorn. Have you seen the 500 CAD increase on 90 cm cashmere finess shawl? it went up from 1150 CAD to 1650 CAD, same price now as CSGM. Hope it is an error!WOW again. In Canada 12.7% increase on 90 cm carre (even more if you do the calculation based on square footage given that the "new" carres are now 88.9 cm as @marietouchet has pointed out on another thread!). I typically only buy scarfs & shawls (plus a few belt kits over the years, nothing recently) but the price increase combined with the (IMO) VERY unappealing designs for SS 2024 (except the Forever scarfs) is really a disincentive to add to my collex. I will be shopping vintage/resellers for older design I like & saving money for my grails (if I can find them).
Exactly right ! Thank you for this postYou can ask but don’t expect much. does anyone know how much Fashion Accessories is going up? I wanted to see a bracelet in the store but my SA is not working today so trying to decide if I should just order it online
Shoes prices are being updated online right now for US, a couple were showing old prices on the listing pages but will have new prices when you click to the item page. A couple data points:
Orans: 700 -> 760
Paris loafers: 1100 -> 1225
Bouncing sneakers: 920 -> 990
Neo ankle boots: 1600 -> 1800
Chypre sandals: 780 -> 910
Data point: for me certain 90s haven’t made the $10 jump yet.Silk has also gone up on the US website: 90 cm is $520 and 70 cm is $380. The main page shows the old prices, but once the item is clicked, the new price appears. It isn't the steep increase as for some of the other areas, fortunately. And I agree with @momoc : popularity = higher increases. I noticed this in Fine Jewelry, as certain lines such as Finesse and the Kelly and the CdC bracelets had a much higher increase than others.
