I have been struggling with the same thing. I have a great relationship with the Toronto store but the pricing drives me crazy. I will continue to get my bags there because I can't stand the idea of chasing all over Paris for them when I'm lucky enough to be in that city but it is really cramping my style on other things. Cashmere GMs are $980 in the US and $1375 here. I was toting with the idea of the jumping boots but the 50% premium stopped me in my tracks.

I'm in the same boat as you - love Toronto and my SA for gettting me the bags I want but I can't stomach the premium on all the accessories ! That's where LV, SFO and the US online store come in...

Glad to have found this post, was about the head to Hermes this weekend for my very first purchase of Bolduc au Carre stole but am now thinking a trip down to Seattle is worth the trip.

Hi hanyeu, the Canadian list prices are before taxes....however, for items that are shipped out of Canada, then you just pay for the list price...you don't need to add the tax. :smile1:

boggee119 and lolakitten, thanks. then, canadian prices are indeed a BIG OUCH! :shock: if i go sightseeing in Canada, I will know how to prioritize my shopping list :-p

I called the toronto H store today and they told me that the price of the 90cm carre is still 420. The SA said that the price hasn't increased yet and that she didn't know when it would. lolakitten, where did you hear that they are now $485?

That's very odd - my friend (in Toronto) said she was told $475 now (sorry I was off by $10 - I just rechecked the message from her)
