Wow this is a gorgeous shawl! I am liking the first colorway (#01) and I would buy it in an instant except that I already bought H en Voyage this season and I am trying to limit my cashmere/silk expenditures to one per year...
I am going to have to break my budget because of you!
Or maybe I will compromise and purchase L'imprimeur fou in cotton/silk 90x90 at 1/3 of the price albeit less colorful...It is beautiful Duna
I just took a look at the website to see it knotted and I am in love with the colors and design.
You can also see pictures from CW 03 and 04 in the Hermes Ties A/W 2011 catalog ~ they also look great and I would love to see them in person

I wanted to purchase my first H scarf but I am totally clueless as to what size, material, and design. Although the latter is a personal choice really. I was thinking of the silk twill in 36" x 36". Is that size ok? I was at H store the other day and only bought the CDC and clic clac and didn't have enough time to look around for the scarves.
Any suggestions for my first scarf? TIA!

I ran to look at my F/W 11 catalog when I read you post. Yes, I love CW 03 as well and it would look so good in winter.

For those ladies (and gents) who have purchased A/W 2011 cashmere&silk shawls, have you noticed any quality issues (thinning material, easy pulling/pills etc) as it was reported from previous seasons? I fell in love with the Tree of Life shawl in pink/brown CW but I'm bit worried it will show wear and tear too quickly. I don't own a cashmere shawl currently. All my information regarding their quality is gathered from this forum. TIA!
I have worn mine about 5 times and it's still looking good: no pulls or thinning material, but I did notice a slight fuzz in areas that rub against my shirt collar.
I do have a concern about it showing wear and tear eventually, but I want to enjoy this scarf as much as I can

I went to the Hermes store today, and I finally saw the Mythiques Phoenix, which I was looking for a very long time. In my local H store this print was not available for a very long time (I dont know why
