Thanks Uno and cool tpfer. Like many here i am not that tempted with the new collection. The only one that i like so far is the Magic Kelly but i think i need to see this in real life before i buy it. I already have a vintage Groenland in an icy blue CW but interested it the new CW's.

I have struggled with the last few collection only adding one scarf each time but that is great news for my bank balance!

Oh cripes, I've just done something fatal and re-examined this thread in detail taking a good look at every single picture ( thanks indeed Uno and mystery enabler!) and I'm falling for Ex Libris En Kimono which amazes me as Anamorphe's designs have never done anything for me at all. I'm falling for Arbre de Vie too and thinking that maybe, just maybe, with the dark midwinter nights at Christmas Magic Kelly might look OK then ( but not for me). I marvel at L'Ivress de L'infini - to me it looks like what people tell me a migraine looks like to a sufferer but Hermes must have struck a rich seam in these ultra-busy designs over the last few seasons otherwise they wouldn't be doing them.

But I am surprised that they are reissuing Cavaldacour and Harnais de Cour in the same season as they deal with the same subject matter and the results when you tie them are very similar.

So, my bank account is in greater danger than before - if the Mosaic silk-cashmere scarves are in exciting colourways and the Cuirs du Desert shawls are better than this season's colours I may just have to find a better job. This is all growing on me and I can't get the exuberance of that Phoenix out of my head - maybe I'll take two in madly clashing shades.

UNO thank you so much for all The work.

Unfortunatly there was not One scarf from what I could See in The preview pics, which let my Heart sing. Hoping for The Next pictures ... Maybe there is Even a 140 for Cold Winter days

Yes, you said it right! I love british people. I agree with you and I keep buying scarves from the previous collection. I have huge hopes for the next one.

Thanks you, Uno and cool tpfer for sharing with us!

I have Coupons Indiens and love it but to me with Ivresse de l'Infini and Fleurs d' Indiennes , they all look very much the same ;)

And you can totally discount a design and/or colourway and then see it for real and all your preconceptions get blown away. I loved Nuees Imaginaires when I saw it on the thread for AW2010 but just couldn't like it much in the flesh. But it is really difficult when most stores just don't have the budget to buy in all the scarves and even if they could they arrive - if you live in the UK you'll know what I mean - months apart. Decision making can be difficult. Not since the year of India have I been shocked by sheer beauty into making a purchase :-). But this thread is brilliant because, although we have to move discretely, we can hold out for what we've become aware of and we think will really work.

I was away for a long weekend and came back to this wonderful thread!

How can we thank you, Uno and Cool TPFer? You are amazing, and long live "sneak peaks" ~ I am sure that we will all be very discreet!!!
