Belated happy birthday! :hugs:

It is absolutely gorgeous as a bracelet, however it sounds as if your heart is really set on it being a necklace? I vote to keep it as a bracelet for now and then to get it lengthened by Tiffany. $350 seems quite reasonable to effectively get a new piece out of it and it will look beautiful layered with your other DBTY necklaces, especially the platinum!

Thank you! As for now I plan to keep it as a bracelet. I’ve decided to slowly sell some of my silver Tiffany pieces and see how much I get. Then I can use all the funds towards a better piece. Wish me luck!

Just saw your thread being recommended, late to the party (happy super belated) but wanted to say I think it looks smashing around your neck! What a great plan. While it looks very fun on your wrist it does a lot more on your neck imo.

Thanks for your modeling help earlier too!

Aw! Thank you! As of right now I’m keeping it as a bracelet- because I allocated my funds for my holiday present (another DBTY piece) - supposed to come tomorrow :yahoo: . I probably will extend at a later date but will be adding another single stone to my stack (.45 in yellow gold). I have a DBTY problem:giggle:.

Honestly it looks just fine as a bracelet as well so I fully understand if you never extend it. The money could be put to acquiring more pieces, haha!

Happy Birthday, and what a wonderful way to celebrate! Love your idea of turning it into a necklace. I say go for it, since you don’t wear fine bracelets.

I also have a 5 stone diamond dbty bracelet which snapped when I wore it and I have yet to get it fixed. I might borrow your idea and turn it into a necklace as well.

Thank you! I still haven’t turned it but probably will once I get the courage to go to the mall.
The sapphire is beautiful! That would make a great necklace too :P .
