Happy Birthday @AntiqueShopper!
I think you should keep the bracelet as is, and you will be surprised by how much it stands out in large stacks. I am currently wearing a pink sapphire bracelet from Cartier that is a single stone, and it surprises me how much it adds to my stack! Since your bracelet is a multi-stone, then I think it will pop even more! Plus it looks really pretty on your wrist!
Thank you so much! I have to say I’m really enjoying the sparkle on my wrist more than I thought I would. It’s definitely fun to look down and see a bit of blue sparkle.

I keep going back to your photos! theyre so amazing. wear in good health and enjoy  xx
Thank you! DBTY is my favorite Tiffany collection! I love the understated sparkle! I always look at the Elsa Peretti DBTY modeling shots when I go on the Tiffany website. Although not practical for the daily life of a SAHM of 3, I would love to have as many necklaces as she wears to layer.

Hi all! I need the advice of some fashionistas! I just bought this beautiful preloved Tiffany 5 stone aquamarine color by the yard bracelet in platinum. Here’s the dilemma- I’m not a thin bracelet person. When I do wear bracelets I like them thicker. So here is the question. Should I keep her as is or have Tiffany Frankenstein her and make her into a 5 stone necklace? I have also wanted a 5 stone in platinum but was originally dreaming of the diamond version. If I chose not to extend it should I start to collect more bracelets to make a stack?

To help with your decision I own the following necklaces:
.14 DBTY yellow gold
.32 DBTY platinum
.25 5 stone in silver

Thanks for your help!

I think it looks great on you on its own. That being said, if you're not a thin bracelet person, why even get it in the first place? I would return it for something else you absolutely love!

I haven't seen that pic, can you show us a screenshot?

Thank you. I bought it with the intent the I would extend it. I always wanted a 5/6 point DBTY in platinum in a similar weight to the bracelet but didn’t want to spend the $. The price of a 6 stone in platinum at .48 cttw is currently $4000. (My bracelet is a 5 stone but the stones are a similar weight to the necklace. This piece if extended to a necklace would cost me under $1350 total (bracelet was $1000 and cost to extend).) If I were to spend that much $ on a piece I prefer spending it on a single stone or a more significant looking piece. For example, I spent around $4000 on my Tiffany Orange Yellow Diamond Soleste Ring. The piece is a stand alone. However, I had second thoughts about extending because I do enjoy seeing the sparkle.

Thank you! It would be so fun to be that sparkly. I am still deciding. I truly enjoy looking down at my wrist, but once summer is over I think keeping it as a bracelet won’t be as much fun. I will probably change it over in a few weeks when I start wearing long sleeves.

I know that it would be really hard to create this look exactly, but would be fun to try. My collection as it stands so far. I would also like to add a .5 or higher yellow/rose gold single stone. FYI- I rarely wear all 3 at once. My yellow gold .14 needs to be shortened a little.

I love it on your wrist and I vote for you to keep it as a bracelet. Maybe keep it as a bracelet for a year and then decide? You may find another DBTY necklace.
Thank you! I keep looking online for the matching necklace in platinum (not sure why- not my budget now :giggle: ). I am enjoying the bracelet right now. Once the fall comes then probably get a clearer picture.
