Preference for LV made in France/USA/Spain...??

i didnt even realize LV bags were made elsewhere because my bag + wallet and my mom's bags are all "made in france." now that i know... i don't think i can get myself to buy bags made elsewhere.

when i got my speedy 25 i tried so hard to track down a one made in france...but all of em were from usa =( i dont know why but i just wanted FRANCE stamped on it haha

I just bought a Speedy 25 from a MPRS in the UK -- I chose this one because it is made in France (and almost new -- hardly any patina). But, by the time I paid for the more expensive shipping ($43 versus it is usually $25 or less within the US), and also had to pay the bank $25 for an international money order in GPS -- and accept the bank's conversion rate -- I wound up paying nearly as much as getting a new one here. But, all that will be forgotten when I get it!! (Of course, I have to wait longer. . . . .)

Doesn't make a bit of difference to me. :o) I love my speedy and it was "born" in the USA.

LV items are eLux are random draw, you cannot specify which country. If you are particular, you'll have to shop at an LV boutique
