Prada and Chanel...which one will you pick?

I bought 3 pradas in the last year that I wear alot, including 2 guaffres, which are 2200+, but I think I love chanel more. And I think that chanels retain their value more than pradas.

I have only seen a few Prada's I would consider getting, but I ALWAYS find a Chanel everytime I look at their selections!

Chanel because I prefer the designs. But I wouldn't mind the antik cervo bag I saw in a magazine.

i would go with chanel... one reason is because i've seen so many prada fakes in china town (nyc)! a lot of the prada styles just seem a little too simple which makes it easy for fakers to copy... that, to me, is a deterrent

It would depend on the design. I've owned Chanel in the past and they are beautifully made but don't know Prada bags at all as they rarely appeal to me. It would definitely be in the design though rather than the House name even though I suspect I am more likely to favour a Chanel design over a Prada one.
