I just picked up the latest issue of Elle Magazine, and spotted this lovely ad. It's a pair of Coach watches from Nordstrom. Bordered in gold and diamonds (or are they crystals?) and a yummy signature gold watch face. They're beautiful!

As of now I do not know the names of the watch nor the style number, etc.
