I've been looking for a new bag to replace my "daily" crossbody and just stumbled upon Polène recently. Saw some of y'all discussing the Sept Mini? It's adorable and I think exactly what I've been looking for! Curious how much it'd fit, but I do only have an iPhone Mini :P I wonder if it'd fit a sunglasses case...

Hi,
Does anyone own the nano in smooth leather.
I just have received the bag and notice already a defect.
One of tabs is almost broken and the bag is new.
I am still waiting for the reply of customer service if they can replace the tabs instead of sending the bag back.

Finally happy with one bag that is symmetric, but then now I notice there are cuts on the corner where the strap slides through.
Is this normal ?
I have it on both sides.

waa it's such a unique and beautiful bag. They upsycled leather and formed pearls out of it. Amazing!
Tempted to buy the only thing that I am not sure about is the handle..I'm wondering if they would be uncomfortable to wear.

What do you guys think?

I ordered the tan one :love: the handle was my only concern too.. but it was so beautiful that i just had to have it :loveeyes:

I know Polène has been in discussion qualitywise a lot in the last few months, but I have to state: This brand has one of the most outstanding and creative designs and designer team around these days! What beautiful details and craftsmanship the bags have! And I really appreciate the ideas about upcycling and sustainability. Makes me wanna buy more from this brand and less from the overpriced luxury houses…..

I also live in Australia and bought a couple of bags from Polene but have not bought from them in a year. DHL always comes quickly and the quality is always great. I can't speak on the recent quality issues tough. I would not be too concerned to be honest. I bought all my bags in Euros as this always ended up being cheaper but I'm not sure if this is still possible. Which bag are you after?
