Pochette Metis not reparable

I brought my pochette Métis in 2 weeks ago for a repair. It’s the Locks, keys and blossoms model and the problem is that the silver on the stickers dropped of the bag and now the store said the bag is not available anymore and that I should go to the shop to choice another bag. What other options do I have ? It’s a limited edition bag I think ....

It seems like your options are 1) keep the bag with the issue or 2) exchange for another bag. You recognize (and LV stated) that it's an LE bag, so unfortunately there's no option for them to replace it with a new one.

When u check the bag on the lv website and check availability in stores I see there’s still 1 available in Mexico. Can I push them to arrange that one for me ?

Doubt it. And if it were to happen again even if you get a new one, then what?

If you’re not in mexico, then no. LV does not ship internationally.

You can always ask. I had bags transferred from Italy to France. But I think it’s unlikely that it will happen to be honest. Personally, I would select a different bag.
