The date code for my empreinte version was in the back zipper pocket, kinda hard to get to. I imagine it’s in the same location for yours too. Enjoy! ❤️

ANOTHER UPDATE: the store contacted me to let me know they have deemed the bag defective. They're going to order a new one and when it comes in, I will make the 2 hour trip to look it over and turn in my bag. So far, they have given me great service.

I have just purchased the empreinte in noir and I’ve noticed that the inside front pocket on the right (looking from the front) has an uneven material and I can feel the seam very prominently. The left hand side is perfect. The rest is perfect (right hand side fold is a bit wonky but not much). I really don’t know what to do. Ordered online and I can’t get to any nearby stores. Is this normal or should I return it?

Has anyone had issues with peeling? Mine is about a month old, brought out of the house three times only out of the car once, and it’s peeling!!

This is not coming off, that’s the main issue. It is really stubborn and I’m worried I will damage the leather. It’s not coming off with a gentle scrape, it gets worse when this is done. Also it’s on the very front of the bag which seems unusual.

I had an issue with glazing on my turtledove PM, but it was cracking where the flap bends. They ended up exchanging the bag. Can you take it to the store and have them look at it?

Thanks, I’m going in tomorrow, I texted my SA and he said he can brush it off, but I have my doubts. It’s in two spots, the second is just under the bigger and isn’t noticeable now, but may become like the other?

Good luck and let us know what happens! You hardly used it and actually I hardly used mine, so I didn't want to settle for a repair. My SA pushed a little bit and they exchanged it. And to be honest, the second one looked nicer all the way around than the first. Better embossing.

So I went in today, at first the SA said he would bring it down and brush it off, but he came back and said I spilled something on it. I categorically denied this, but he said that he could do nothing. He said to just condition it and come back in twelve months to send it to the day spa. A little disillusioned, as it hasn’t been anywhere but the car once and I have been so careful with it! It hasn’t even been near food, let alone anything else!
