Interesting! Thanks for the heads up. Being made in the USA isn’t a dealbreaker for a lot of people or automatically indicative of inferior quality; there are plenty of perfect LV bags that are made in the USA and there are bags with defects that are made in France, Spain, or Italy. I know some people prefer to have all their pieces made in France or Europe because it feels more authentic or luxe, but I think a lot of people are more concerned with overall quality than where it’s made. For those of you that dragged your feet in the USA, all of the east west pieces coming into the store are now all made in USA.
That’s great news! Looking forward to your action picsJust an update, my online CA sent me this better piece yesterday and I’m keeping it .View attachment 5636551View attachment 5636552View attachment 5636553
Many congrats! Looks fabulous on you!I’m now part of the PM W/E club!
Not what I expected to buy. I’d been looking at a more substantial bucket bag. But then I tried this on. And fell in love. I loved the versatility of it, the lightness and I think the canvas gives it a lot of flexibility.

It wasin Europe, around €60Does anyone know if this model will be part of the price increase that is expected
I have been enjoying seeing everyone's pictures of the new east west Pochette Metis, but was wondering if anyone has been experiencing any quality issues. Sadly I have experienced glazing issues that seemed to be similar to the original Pochette Metis. I have attached a couple of pictures.

Yes, I know..... already. I only had it for two weeks. I purchased it online and had to contact client services to see what my options were. I submitted pictures, and after viewing the pictures they offered an exchange but I declined. After going back and forth with client services and their manager, they finally offered a refund and said it was an exception this time because the item had been worn (even though I was still within the 30 day return window). They also admitted that it was a quality issue with the glazing and not from wearing the bag. I then pointed out that for a $3,000 handbag this type of quality issue was totally unacceptable. I was so disappointed, and really really loved the handbag. It was the perfect size and was so cute, but I didn't want to risk getting another one and running into the same problem again. I have made peace with the whole situation and wanted to come to purse forum to vent and let it go.Wow already!did you contact your store about it?
