I think mine is 13" and the normal buckle (not Batchel, not magnetic closure) it's not so much a work bag because of the colour but could be, very handy. 11" looks cute but doesn't have the name 'thing' which I like. 14" looks large in bright/light colours but if you need the space... 15" is huge.
I'd recommend 13" or 14" depending on how much you usually carry
