please need your info on returns

with bluefly. do they take a long time to issue a refund? i am told by their customer service that once the return is received they send an email telling that it has been received. my return reached them two days ago and have not yet heard from them.

For me, it's taken up to 10 days to hear back from them, that they've credited my account for the refund.

It does take them 7-10 days to send that email. In my case, the money was credited to my credit card account a couple of days prior to recieving their email, so keep checking your cc account online.
