Hello ladies! I was watching “L’agence” on Netflix and one of the clients was wearing a stunning necklace. I took a picture of the screen, and Googled it, but I didn’t find the brand. Wondering if any of you could help guessing what brand it is from? Apparently, it is reversible.
Thank you!! ❤️

This video of Reese Witherspoon popped up on my IG, and I love her earrings. Can anyone guess what cut, ct weight and setting they are? I would think about 3ct each, looks to be radiant cut with a WG bezel setting?

Here is a link to the video (second slide).

Thank you!

They look so flat, are you sure they're studs?

My RBs are 4cttw, so 2 carats/each. In comparison, if hers are studs, you could be close, they could be about 3-3.5/each.
Thank you Swanky, that’s incredibly helpful! I just love the side and geometric shape in general. When I first saw the preview clip, I thought they were the LV signature cut, which looks a bit like a smoothed out/filled out Tiffany Victoria design, but then when I watched the video and took screen shots, I realized they were more square-shaped than fancy-shaped (or perhaps not studs at all as you suggested).

Hello!! I have two questions, first is this watch a Rolex (photo attached) I couldn’t tell by the face of the watch but I loved this woman’s watch and I have a photo from a group of friends cheersing drinks.
Second question, I’m deciding between a Rolex and Cartier panthere watch.
I think Cartier looks more classy in my opinion… but Rolex I feel like is more recognizable and young, I am 30 years old. I love both but they are both such different styles. Would love to hear your thoughts!

The photo you show is blurry, but it resembles the Rolex emblem on the clasp. HOWEVER, it can only be a Rolex if it's authentic, and we have no way of knowing, nor do you, apparently.

About your own purchasing, if you're going to buy authentic and new from an official dealer, go in person and try things on. There's no other way of judging what you'll like, nor for strangers to know what suits you. Online pics don't cut it. We know nothing of your wrist or taste or wardrobe, metal preference, or whether you care about buying a true timepiece or are after "jewelry" and are just as happy with quartz.

Use the forum Search feature for plenty of posts and threads comparing the two brands.

Both are relatively classic. I’m older and remember when the two tone Rolex, particularly the jubilee band,*
and Cartier panthere were the two watches of choice in the 1980s. What goes around comes around. Both the
Rolex tool watches and the panthere are popular again today, with the Cartier being a bit more dressy.
Some of us no longer wear the all gold Rolex because of post covid issues with theft (Rolex is one of the most
popular targets). But, I agree with @jellyv that nothing is better than trying things on IRL

ETA: the presidents band in your pic above was first released, I think, in the 1950s. There is another band called
the oyster which is popular for tool watches. The Rolex is perhaps the more classic choice, and this brand best retains value.
If you like the rugged quality of the Rolex, but think Cartier is more classy, perhaps also look at the Pasha /Pasha C line.

All of these watches are widely faked on the secondary market, so I would be careful. The rolex threads on dedicated watch forums may yieldsome recommendations as to authorized dealers and other sources.
