Can't tell precisely without seeing the inside but it looks like a mid-late 1980s shoulder bag. It would not have had a special name
IMO, it may be an idea if some of the bags posted on here lately should rather be on 'Authenticate This Gucci' thread than here.

Late 1990s would be my best guess (certainly post 1996 and pe-2002)
