A buyer whose UNVERIFIED and has a UNCONFIRMED address sent me immediate payment because my BIN required it.
Seeing that in my Paypal, i quickly refunded the payment and asked them to pay either by Bidpay or Money Order.
However in my MY EBAY page, it still shows that "Item has been purchased with Immediate Payment" (the dollar sign lights up). Its been 2 hours since I refunded and that icon is still lit up! The checkout icon (shopping cart) is not lit tho.
What should I do?
