Speak to the Manager of the store.....and if that's not sufficient, go higher......regional Manager...VP......whatever it takes.
Bottom line is, they didn't deliver what they promised. They need to make it right

Sooo apparently NYC found my original setting and are sending it to my Tiffany store ASAP. I feel so relieved but won't feel 100% relieved until I actually see it with my own eyes and check the serial number. Anyways, on to the good news: My new Embrace ring is on my finger and I love it!! I posted a few BB pics in a new thread:

Hi everyone,
I am in the process of buying an e-ring for my girlfriend. Her ideal ring is the tiffany embrace. I have a diamond dealer that has given me a great deal on a 1.32ct diamond and the dealer can make the ring for me aswell. But I want the ring to be perfect, identical to the tiffany embrace. If I was to buy the diamond from Tiffany it would cost me a fortue and I can't afford that.
Is there anyone who can give me some dimentions of the tiffany embrace ring.
