Hi everyone, I recently came across this vintage beauty and was wondering if anyone would know the name of the model? Also, any guesses to what kind of croc it is? Appreciate any help, thank you  View attachment 5724763
It maybe called 'Ring' but I'm not sure..No doubt @r luvs h would know the answer.
Regarding what kind of croc many moons ago somebody told me that little dots on each scale denotes its Porosous (sp?) However again as no expert and not remembering exactly who told me (possibly a vintage dealer trying to push a sale ) I do not know if that is actually correct.

Hmm I not sure the "ring" model is an exact match although it is similar (seems more rectangular than square and the hardware looks different). I thought it might be porosus as well but also not an expert and I wonder if the difference matters anyways when considering vintage pieces?

This style is called the Ex Libris, and it appears to be Shiny Porosus Croc on my screen. :flowers:

Lol! I want one! But I want the one that has a tad bit more gold on the handle. Hahahaha! Make it happen for me @acrowcounted!
In the Hermes Prices for 2023, there is a purse called a Midas Touch Kelly 25 for €119,000. Does anybody have a picture of this purse? I am very curious.

I am not sure the price is accurate. In the US, in early February the price was $104K (before the price increase). So far, I have seen it in Black and Bleu Saphir box. The hardware is all solid yellow gold (I believe 18kt; I did not ask). It has single D rings (like all solid gold hardware bags have now). Thus, it does not come with a strap (partly due to the malleability of gold), and it being meant to be handheld as it is gold where one's hand holds it. They are truly breathtaking in real life, and I love how they chose box leather rather over an exotic leather. Here, Svetlana Hunt wears it at the Chanel show back in February.

I agree, I remember this being under $100K euro in Paris (I thought it was $89k or thereabouts). But I did not buy it as I have a mortgage or two to pay  so I could be wrong or the price might have changed. It is VERY beautiful.
