Congrats on the ali! I loved the story. I have a shoulder bag in whiskey that I got at the outlet - don't worry about the scratches, etc. I'm totally anal about my bags, but this whiskey was being sold "as is" b/c it was "shop worn" so it had scratches and had darkened in some places. The kicker? The scratches rub out and I actually love the character of the bag as it's darkened. It is absolutely one of my favs and I know your ali will be one of yours!

Scratches on the legacy leather is normal. The Ali is a lovely bag (my personal favorite, I have her in Black and Brown). Enabling: You should get her in Black as well.

Congrats on the whiskey Ali -- such a gorgeous bag! Don't worry about the scratches, it does seem to be something that happens with the leather and it does give the bag "scars" and character. As long as they rub out, you shouldn't worry and just enjoy your beautiful bag.
