Eva vachetta strap is too long for me, so I use the chain key ring as an extender to the mini pochette so that the mini pochette becomes a shoulder bag with a chain (sorry no picture I'll try to post at home sometime)

love this thread!

i actually like bags with both short and long straps. i need to have that option having two toddlers. love the galliera and bloomsbury idea! hhhmmm...now you got me thinking. how to get creative with my trevi straps...

Using the longer strap of my Mono Bel Air on my Palermo PM....looks so much better! I wish LV made the original strap of the Palermo as long as the Bel Air's.

This is my Sunset with Damier Ebene 16mm adjustable strap that i purchased for my Alma i think it is a perfect match and make the Sunset more casual :)
Sorry for the picture quality taken with iphone and no full lenght mirror to help out just me and a upside down iphone very tricky lol.

I want to use the strap from my Palermo GM on my multicolore noe so it becomes a cross body pouch, and I want to find a nice thick soft canvas cross body for the Palermo. I want it just like the now discontinued Neo strap. I hope I can find something!

Hi, could someone suggest the best non LV strap so I can use my pochette as a crossbody? Would I be able to use my Speedy or Neverfull strap? Does LV sell a strap? Sorry for all the questions. I kind of new. I just started a LV collection and I’m really excited!

Hello LVovlies! As I was switching my straps all around on my LV bags this weekend, I wondered if there was a thread dedicated to how creative we all get with our bags and our straps, and didn't see one. We get different ideas in different threads, and EmmJay so far is the queen of ideas and gorgeous strap/bag combinations, especially with her MPA! I thought it might be fun to gather some ideas in one place. I’ve shamelessly borrowed from her and many of you in creating a “new” wearable bag - it is so much fun - and I always appreciate seeing what people do with their bags. As a group LV lovers get very creative!

I will post one to start off. I realized that my pink MPA strap would look marvelous with my rose ballerine strapped neonoe. I like the chunkier look and having the coin purse on it just finishes it off for me. It makes my casual bag pop and I like the thicker strap with this larger bag. I’d love to see people‘s creative strapping. Have fun!
