It's weird but I sometimes I find myself just staring at my Alma. ; )

No really. I have my new DE Speedy B30 on my dresser. I go to sleep looking at it so I'm weird too.

Optional epi strap on Alma. I am loving this bag so much & thinking to myself after all of these years collecting LV why did I never choose an Alma before? It is so functional and classic but year after year I'd choose something else. Now I'm considering the same bag in DE. The strap makes all of the difference. Must have strap.

I bought an alma in 2000 and went back a couple of weeks later to buy a strap for it. I think it's the case that both the alma pm and mm have special hardware to attach straps. The alma is designed for straps.

Here is mine, I love her patina. I'm thinking of getting all the leather replaced and starting again!

Oh both look fabulous! I do have the strap that you have on your Alma and use it on my pochette - how about that!
I originally used the strap on - dang I can't remember the name (I sold that bag a couple years ago), but it was not intended to have a strap and the SA gave me a lecture...

Just my 2 cents: I greatly dislike the vachetta straps that come w/ the pochettes. I bought those gold Eva look-a-like chains from eBay seller K-craft as suggested by some of the girls here and on youtube and they are AWESOME!!!!!!!! I feel they should come w/ a chain like that in the first place especially w/ the vernis pieces.

Here is my contribution...
I put my golden chain from my Felicie on my mini pochette damier with the little chain han still attached.
And on my Felicie I put my leather strap on cause I use this bag like every day And with thus strap on it it feels more secure when i'm running around like crazy
