Someone else mentioned that even the dustbags are different this season. I believe it was ladyisolbel who said that they're thinner???!!!!:shrugs:

Lady I retracted that one, as she had it mixed up with another bag's dustbag. The dustbags are the same as always, at least for the new stuff I've bought or seen.

i just received my new city argent/ light grey bag..yes..no extra tassels and no pocket at the back of the mirror...i am actually okay with the thinner handles, it's easier to carry it on shoulder.....overall still dissapointed bout not getting the extra tassels..do you think we can buy them?

I wonder should i get extra tassles :thinkin:Do some of you buy extra just in case or they already splited? And.. is it possible to buy the tessles in 08 color later if i dont buy them now?

I have a few pre-loved Bbags (pro-2008) which the extra tessles yet in used and those on the bags looked OK too.

Ummm.. I have no hassles about the missing pocket on mirror. I never use it and just chucked them in the box :p

Personally, I never really liked the tassles to begin with in terms of aesthetics and functionality. I mean if we would need replacements, etc for our bag because it broke, split etc then maybe the tassles are the wrong things to put for how we would use the bag. Maybe it's time for Bal to "evolve" their bags into better ones that don't make use of accesories/attachments that might need replacing in the long run.

Cities do not come with the feet regardless of whether it's GH or RH. The only styles that come with feet are PT, Work and WE, but with Fall 08, the feet has been excluded for PT. GH bags come with the leather pulls, no tassels, leather tags and mirror and starting Fall 08, the mirror is smaller in size with no back pocket.:tdown: A lot of negatives.

ITA, this is what I meant about losing the love for Bal. It just seems to me that they're following everything else in that the consumer is getting less but having to pay more. I know it's only $100, but it's $100 for "less" of a bag.:sad:

I just bought a ruby city at the hong kong balenciaga store. When I got home, I found that there is no extra tassels . I am wondering if extra tassels should be included with the purchase of 2008 bbag.
