Picked up the new style Vernis Key / Coin Pouch ... and am disappointed.

I like the color but don't like it without the plate....I think they should have kept the plate on there ..
I like the epi cles without the plate but the vernis was better with the plate, now it looks too plain.

I like it without the plate. The blueberry is such a beautiful color. There's something about it that just can't be captured in pictures ... it has to be seen in person to fully realize the beautiful color. It's more purple than blueberry, IMO, but it's a gorgeous color.
I got the redesigned one when it was just released before it become more common knowledge. I must say that I was so shocked and somewhat disappointed because I was expecting the old design when I ordered it. I did not know what to think of it.
After having it for a day or so, I had a change of heart. I like both designs but actually prefer the non-plated one. It works better with other things in my bag. I welcome the change. Although, I do understand why some prefer the older version. I think with any change, not everyone will be happy with it.

This bitter old lady misses the plate too! Back in February, I was trying to decide between the vernis cles and the emp key pouch, I didn't like the piece without the plate, so I went for the latter in grape.
I agree with others, it looks odd without the plate!
I also miss the plate, I feel like it's a cost cutting measure. If they lowered the price it wouldn't sting so bad. I feel that it looks a bit plain without the plate imo. I however did buy it in blueberry because it is such a beautiful color, I only wish it had a bit more shimmer. They seem to be eliminating the plates off of their bags and SLGs.

I guess my 19 looks like 90.
Magenta is such a gorgeous, deep colour. Here's a picture of my ZCP in Magenta in natural light:

Good choice, the empreinte cles is so functional and very pretty in grape.lol too funny, I guess you're a mature 19 year oldI guess my 19 looks like 90.
