Happy dance here! :happydance: Just found a 1999 rouge box K32...my first Kelly! It won't arrive until next week and then I'll have to get it authenticated (not sure I trust eBay authenticators!) If it's legit, I'll post pics. In the meantime, I'm dancing!

Ironically, when I texted my SA to share my excitement, she asked if she could call me. Turns out that she has 'held' a noir K32 for me which I'll go see next week. I guess Kelly love is in the air!
Oh wow! That's awesome on both fronts!

I just recently acquired my first Hermès bag and I am over the moon. She's a vintage Kelly in box calf leather from 1947. I think she has so much character and I'm loving the way she is but I just wanted to have her looked at by the Hermès spa and maybe conditioned due to the age she's in. I took her to the Beverly Hills store and received an update after 3 weeks. Due to the vintage nature of the bag, I was informed that they will need to send her off to France. This got me a bit sad because I didn't want to part with her just yet for, as I was told by the after sales person, an estimated lead-time of 6-8 months. That being said, I postponed the service so I could spend time with her first. I hope I'm not risking the condition of the bag by not taking it to the spa just yet. I'm also watching Docride's videos to see if I can do something in the meantime. So here she is —

Love this bag! Whoever bought her originally truly loved and treasured her.

My fiancé just bought me a Sandrine bag for my birthday as well, from the 1970s. It's in crazy good condition but I was wondering how to make the chain a little big longer cause it's so nice to wear it as a crossbag. I saw a lady talk about a gold chain that she got to make it longer. Any idea where to find that or how to make it ?

(For fun, here it is in the hotel room styled with a vintage dress from the sixties hehe)

I’ve always loved the Sandrine bag, think Les Demoiselles de Rochefort and all that !
I was lucky to find one in Miel Crocodile and so far it’s been a case of admiring it rather than using it .
I’d love to see more Action shots of the bags on this thread as well as the stills , so hereby promising to post some ways I’m wearing my Sandrine over the next few weeks now that Spring is here
