I called the store about the orange /red tote they said they never had it and were rude

There is no excuse for being rude... even if you work for a French design house like Chanel. The rude salesperson was dumping on you because Chanel either did not have the item in stock or the salesperson you spoke with was just too lazy do their job... provide customer service to their customers.

As for whether Chanel ever had it... Chanel had it when I took the photograph.

The photos I posted are all marked with the date on which they were taken. All of the Chanel photos in this post were taken at Chanel's Beverly Hills boutique.

These are my photographs because I am the guy who took these photographs. The items which are pictured in this specific post were on display in Chanel's window(s) on the date which appears along with the photo.

Photo 704 was taken December 30, 2007 and was on display in Chanel's (front) window facing Rodeo Drive.

Photo 860 was taken February 18, 2008 and was on display in Chanel's (side) window facing Brighton Way.

The photographs are unaltered - other than standard contrast, brightness and color corrections to improve photo quality.

NOTE: I have taken photos of Chanel products which were on display at Saks Fifth Avenue on Wilshire Blvd. in Beverly Hills. Those photos are grouped together in a seperate set titled - Display Windows on Wilshire Blvd.
