I haven't thought about it yet - they are so small and darker than typical brand new vachetta (pre-tanned). Plus I'm not wearing jeans anytime soon, so.... I might leave it.
@Sunshine mama so I was curious and tried spraying my handles with Collonil... I think this vachetta not only is pre-tanned but *may* be ore-treated. Normally when I spray brand new vachetta with Collonil, it darkens. But it didn’t darken the Petit Sac Plat handles at all.
When compared to my 1.25 year old Nano Speedy and my 1.5 year old Nano Noe (which I used last summer during a sunny vacation) you can really see how dark the vachetta is.
It is significantly darker than my Nano speeddy which isn’t brand new and pretty much the same darkness as my Nano noe.

And I wondered how this would look with a thin gold chain... I normally use this with my Pochette Accessoires. Purchased from Amazon I think. I think it looks great and prefer this over the strap it came with.

When I got mine, my SA told me the vachetta is already tinted (hence the darker look). She told me I can just skip the tanning part and go straight to using it without treating
Yes... some LV pieces have used pre-tanned leather. This one is just a little different than other pieces I have because the spray barely soaked into the vachetta. Normally (like on my Catogram NF) the spray would darken the vachetta momentarily before it dried completely.
