Permission to View a Member's Profile?

I received a PM from a new member of tPF. According to their stats, they registered Nov 2011 and have 0 posts. I found it odd that I received a PM from this person since I thought there was a 10 post minimum before you could use the PM service.

Even more odd, was when I clicked on the other member's avatar to view their profile -- I got this message. It's almost like the messages/privileges are reversed -- shouldn't THEY have gotten a message like this when trying to send me a PM?

Vlad tweaked a setting for new members, it's fixed now

Due to recent spam, I've placed newly registered members into a moderation queue to weed out spammer accounts before they can flood tPF with their posts. Erroneously, the temporary user group had PMs enabled, I turned them off last night.

If you refer to the app, this is a bug that will be fixed in the next version of the app.

I am referring to the app. I can appreciate how hard it must be to set up an app, but to have my Fav forum as an app is so great. Thank you so much for all your work.
