Sorry to revive such an old thread, but I was wondering if anyone could provide an accurate description of peridot. I saw someone carrying a green Bottega Veneta the other day and I couldn't get the colour out of my mind. I am guessing it was Peridot because it looked quite new. It was like a grassy green with a hint of olive (could it have been Assenzio instead?). It definitely wasn't one of the greens from the latest season. Some TPFers in this thread have described peridot as being "bright" and like a "neon" colour, which got me a little worried as I am thinking of buying a pre-loved Peridot bag sight unseen. Would appreciate your advice before I take the plunge. Thanks!
