Perfect black dress - Help identify!

Please help me identify this dress!

Found the perfect dress for me but unfortunately don't know the maker. The said dress was worn by Lea Seydoux in MI-4 Ghost Protocol in the fight scene with Paula Patton. I wish I have a better picture but here it is, or what's left of it :shame:
