People You Ignore function

*Note: I have tried to unignore the person then re-ignore them and still does not work. I don't see posts of a couple other people that I ignored but do see posts of at least one person I have on my ignore list. You mentioned you'd look into it August 11th but then nothing has changed and we didn't see an update @Vlad .
