How long did it take for your order status to be updated?

I placed an order for the favorite mm in mono tonight with the same “product pending availability” status (my blood pressure was so high throughout the process because my password to the site was not cooperating and I thought for sure the order wouldn’t go through!) , plus i have been stalking the site for 5 months now and never saw it had the mono favorite mm available online and I thought I was dreaming when I randomly refreshed the page tonight!

Now I’m just wondering if my order truly would go through (keeping finger crossed)...

Congrats! That is so exciting that you were to get it online. I placed my order Friday and it updated on Saturday. Hopefully yours will change today :smile:

Hi there - how long did it take for your status to change from “pending product availability “ to something else? I placed my order last night (9pm cst) and status still stays the same... I’m feeling so anxious!!

Hi there! I know it was nerve-racking for me too! I would give it a couple of days at least to update to "Order in Preparation".

Saturday night - Ordered placed. Status was "Pending Product Availability"
Monday - Status went from "Pending Product Availability" to "Order in Preparation"
Tuesday (today) - "Order in preparation" to "Shipped"

If it’s any help, I saw Palm Springs mini today in Westchester Mail in white plains. I don’t know we’re you are , but you can buy it over the phone.
I ordered a Palm Springs Mini in monogram 9 days ago and the order went through, however, the status showed as "Pending Product Availability." Later in the week, I noticed my account had been refunded, however, I assumed that since the status of the order was still "Pending Product Availability," they were just going to charge me again once the item came in since they told me they were expecting a shipment for the bags soon. On Sunday evening, I noticed that the order was removed from my order history, so I called and inquired to see why the order was removed, although I had already figured out what happened. They told me that my order was cancelled because they didn't get it in stock and didn't know when the item was going to be stocked again. Although I was pissed that my order was cancelled because I've been wanting the Palm Springs Mini in monogram for months now, I'm disappointed that I had to call to find out my order was cancelled. They should send out an email and change the status of the order to cancelled on the website so that the customer is informed that they will no longer be getting what they ordered without having to call and find out what happened. After this experience, I'm not happy about this new preorder system that they have implemented. I'd prefer that they only sell what they have in stock instead of potentially holding a customer's money for a product they don't have yet and can't guarantee will come in stock within a reasonable time. I also ordered a Mini Pochette Accessories in monogram that currently has the same status, however, the Pochette Metis that I ordered today currently says "Order in Preparation." I hope I get my Mini Pochette but I'm not holding my breath.

EDIT: I just called and asked about the status of my Mini Pochette in Monogram and was told that it will likely be cancelled as well as the item is on backorder for at least 5 to 6 weeks. If I don't see a status change by Thursday, I'm just going to cancel my order because they currently have my funds tied up for an order they don't believe will be fulfilled. I'm so disappointed. If this is the case, this item should have never been available for me to order in the first place.

Thank you so much for letting me know! I saw the bag come in stock online the night before last, and I placed an order for it. The status currently says “Pending Product Availability” so depending on if I get it or not, I will try to see if I can get it from a store moving forward because at this point, I’m getting a little tired of playing hide and seek. I hope I just get it through this order though so the game will be over.
 
After I saw that the charge was no longer pending for the Palm Springs Mini in Monogram that I ordered, I went ahead and cancelled the order before they ended up cancelling it themselves after I was told that they didn't have any in stock to send me. Fortunately, I was able to obtain a different bag that I wanted with the help of another member and her SA through a charge send (which I will do a reveal for when it arrives), however, having an order cancelled, then having to send back another bag I purchased due to receiving it in poor condition, and then having to cancel an order that was going to be cancelled back to back has left a bit of a poor taste in my mouth. I think they should go back to only selling items that they have in stock and get rid of this "pending product availability" system.
 
I purchased my first neverfull online this morning :yahoo: + the status hasn’t changed from ‘Pending product availability’ even though it’s still available to add to cart. Is this normal? Has anyone’s order been cancelled with the same experience?
 
I thought it might be helpful to bump this thread. I noticed others are experiencing this with reverse card holder. I ordered mine on Monday 9.14.2020 and the status has not yet changed. I just hope it doesn't get cancelled, I have been stalking for months!
