I just got my Freshadama studs in the mail today and I LOVE them. After reading this thread I thought I'd try them out. I had previously received a pearl strand, bracelet, and studs as presents from a mall jeweler and thought they were fine. I put my Freshadama studs against them and am now REALLY seeing that all the pearls I own will someday need to be replaced because they look so flawed. I can't believe the luster and shine of these earrings. Thanks for all the info Callire!

^ I am in the same boat, NurseAnn! Fortunately, I didn't like pearls very much before seeing the truly beautiful ones, so I don't have many to replace. But all the ones I've purchased previously just don't compare.

i got my south sea independence day special from pearl paradise today, and was so disappointed. it was really an awful pearl. and i was going to just return it, but i did the online chat and they were super helpful and nice, and are going to replace it for me. so i rushed over to the post office, and it's back on its way to them. hoping the replacement is what i am expecting.

haute..i guess it was just not as expected. i will hope for the best for the replacement. they have very good reviews, so i'm optimistic i'll get a nicer one this go around.

Yesterday I received my Pink Freshwater Pearl pendant that was a Pearl Outlet special last week. This pearl is beautiful. I wish I had a whole necklace of them.

I ordered mine without the chain and bought one at JC Penney last night from the sale table.

The pearl is 9 mm and a lovely pink color, not peach, which is exactly what I wanted.

Now I am addicted to the Pearl Outlet and I stalk their daily specials.
