Question: for those of you that have had to file a SNAD case from an e-bay purchase, which is better to use, "PayPal or E-bay buyer protection"? I have only had to do this once in several years and that was before e-Bay had their own buyer protection program. THX

At this point I would start with ebay. They are very pro-buyer in most cases and paypal will usually direct you back to ebay to start anyway.
Depends on if you do it online or over the phone. I think PP customer service is better if you choose to call.
