Pandora bracelets... continued!!!

Opps forgot the one that I got today. They had a trunk show and spend $100 and get a free bracelet. I am working on a purple one.

Wow! So many pictures to admire. All the bracelets, earrings and necklaces look great! Someone had mentioned earlier about the gold in the murano beads. I have been wanting something that had a more two tone feel to go with my yellow gold wedding set etc. Honestly though, I don't have the budget for two gold beads or even many two tone beads.
So I decided to use some murano beads to bring in some gold and I'm happy with the results. On this bracelet I have one amber trollbead and two beige/blue silver trace trollbeads. Then I have 4 gold foil muranos. It really does blend well with my yellow gold rings.

Any chance you got a release date? I asked today at a store and was told November for the bracelet and the new beads. Which doesn't make sense as October is the breast cancer awareness month. That's what happens when you get served by a boy

US ladies sorry :cry: New update from Denmark beads

I spoke to our Pandora representative today regarding the pink leather bracelet with charm. It will not be available in the United States. She thinks that it will be available in Europe and other countries. She has seen the bracelet with charm and said it is adorable. Hopefully, in the future it will be available to stores in the U.S.

I had a strong feeling this would not be available in the US, since it is for the Austrailian Cancer Society (sorry, I probably got the name wrong). I wish the US would come out with something to sub for it.

hi all, I'm so glad to have just found this group. I have started my first Pandora, and I hope you can help. When you have an uncompleted bracelet, which section do you put the beads in? Do you use the clips to keep them from sliding into other sections? Do these clips go over the section dividers, or on the actual bracelet? With the weight in one section, it always spins to the underside of my arm but I suppose that's unavoidable. I have chosen blue, black and CZ as my theme. Should I also add some silver&gold charms (I always wear gold and silver/white gold together in my rings so I'm not afraid to mix). We just got our first standalone Pandora store in Toronto (well, it's to be completed shortly) and they are super! They have every bead Pandora makes, and give gifts (yesterday I got the starter bracelet free, and they also had Pandora purse hooks as giveaways).

As far as when you have an uncompleted bracelet..I usually have the clips on the threads and then have the beads move around in the section between the clips.

I am devasted to hear of your yellowing! I have never had that happen but my cleaning tips my help. I get compliments all the time on how bright my bracelets are.
I pull all the beads off ,put then beads and bracelet in a spaghetti strainer. I start running the hot water to ensure it gets real hot. Then I spray blue Windex (real Windex brand)on everything in the strainer and gently shake it.And then I put the running hot water over the beads, if you have the kitchen faucet that will detach use it, it works even better. My jeweler recommended this process before they bought the Pandora tumbler.
May I also suggest you find a dealer that has the Pandora tumbler the tumbler has small little ball bearings and will really give that bracelet a good cleaning. Like you said these cost a small fortune and they need to be shiny and pretty.

^^These are good tips. I didn't know they had a tumbler. I'll have to check the next time I am there. Does this work on the 18K gold and the sterling silver? I have a mixture of the two.

I love your new goodies. I really love the necklace. I haven't bought a new necklace in ages. What handy dandy opener are you referring to? I have a bracelet with lobster claw and one with the Pandora clasp. I have difficulty opening the Pandora clasp and I like that one the most.

Okay, almost done!

Well, I was kind of hemming and hawing over the event and the fact that I would really like a new bracelet. I have a lobster claw one, but I want a bead one for my second bracelet since I think the beads look prettier on it (and now with my handy dandy opener the bead clasp and I are back on speaking terms). With this in mind and since I was kind of sort of in the area, I paid one last visit to my new favorite jewelry store to take advantage of the free bracelet offer before the event ended today.

Here are the three new beads I bought.

I was excited to find the pink cz one since it's retired now, one can never have too many bag charms, and I am so happy to have a grape charm! This was the last purple one they had and I have been wanting this ever since I first heard about them months ago. I was able to pay $15 to upgrade my free bracelet to a bead clasp one. It's out of stock, so they are ordering one for me. I also am having them order me a Pandora Travel Jewelry case to store all of my Pandora jewelry.

Here's what my second bracelet currently looks like:

As I was about to walk out of the store, the owner mentioned I should really consider getting one of the leather necklaces eventually since they're so versatile and fun. He showed me one they had made up and let me try it on and I was sold. I knew almost right away the beads I wanted for it.

This will do it for awhile now for me. I have a flower cz pandora ring on order and the jewelry box. Other than that, I shall be good until the fall beads start rolling in (I got a Fall catalog while I was there today and all the new beads look really pretty!).

Thanks so much for your response. It's at The Shops on Steeles (Steeles just west of the 404). It used to be a jewellry store called Bon Gout (I think) which sold Pandora. Now, the owners are converting to a branded all-Pandora shop. Construction is underway; meanwhile they are in temporary location across the hall. It's a dodgy mall. Pandora will be the only nice shop there! The new shop will have a small party room for girl nights, engagement parties etc.

Have you ever bought from stiv1952 (ebay seller) located in Oakville?

Yes I have bought from stiv1952.. Great seller!! I think he's actually in Sweden though. I've bought from him a few times..all authentic.
