I use ebay . com .au so try looking for mr*charms on that.
He's claiming he has authentic retired Pandora charms with no ale stamp...yeah right. Thing is he has 100% feedback, people really have no clue what they are buying.

I guess I don't understand how this kellendow person can have so many beads at the prices she sells at.
I have wondered myself if they could be fake...or if there is something dodgy going on there.

Can you post who the seller was?

Hi

I feel I have to be careful about releasing the seller's name until I have a little more guidance as to whether this is likely to be a dud. However if I can prove it's not the real thing I'll definitely let you all know.

So, is there anyone out there who can give me any advice please? :wondering

Maybe take it to a local Pandora stockist then they could tell you if its real or not.

Well I bought one Charm from the infamous kendalldew. Actually I had a friend in the US buy it since she won't ship to Canada. Some of the bracelets she had listed with 17+ beads were beautiful and quite the bargain.

Can someone help me with the size of the Bead Lights White CZ SKU #79226 CZ (http://www.posh-gallery.com/pandora.../images/p79226_CZ-20080502-171005.png&pid=306) Is it about the same width as the cz spacers?

Thanks

Hi Nelly4

Thanks for the suggestion. I had thought of doing that but it's a little bit embarrassing asking them to look over something I haven't bought from them! Still, I guess it might come to that.

I think I am going to have to contact the seller and ask why there are no Pandora marks on the bead. At least that will commit them to making a claim one way or another and will be useful if there is then a dispute. I guess what I was really trying to find out from other Pandora addicts who have two or more of the same bead, are they always marked in the same place or can it / does it vary from bead to bead of the same design? I hope that makes sense!

Are there any other brands that you would consider mixing with your Pandora bracelets or do you stay pure to the Pandora concept?I'm so afraid of getting sliver plated beads that I've stuck with Pandora at reputable sellers (except a few off of recommended ebayers). But If I want another one, I'm going to have to step down and by cheap. Just can't afford another $1000+ dollar bracelet.

It's a little bit wider than the cz spacers. A very pretty bead IRL.

I like this vendor http://stores.shop.ebay.com/Bella-Fascini__W0QQ_armrsZ1. The quality is quite good, sterling not plated, comparable to Pandora and Chamilia, but cheaper. I think some of the cz's they carry are pretty and their muranos are very well made.

As a quick answer, they are not always marked in the same place. Especially if it is a bead that has been in production for years, as molds wear out and new ones are made. I have old style fish with ALE in different places -- both versions are authentic. Some beads don't have the ALE marking due to design issues.

Regarding your two beads, can you post pictures so we can look at them?
