Welcome to the pandora obsession Alatrop!!:p
I have one bracelet that is full and one that is a little more than half full...and personally I really love both looks. The full one tends to get a bit heavy (although I'm totally used to it now. I put it on DH the other day for fun and he was like "how the hell do you go about your day with this weight on your wrist?!" lol Men. He should carry my handbag!) but I really do love both looks of a full and half full bracelet. Whenever you do get one, please post pics!!;)

I will definitely post pictures! I made a small list of charms that I want, and i'm hoping to pass that on to my fiance and his family ;)

And how the heck do I get my hands on a catalog!?

Newbie here! (to Pandora, at least!)

I've been interested in starting a bracelet for quite some time, but really felt the push yesterday when my fiance and I went to get one for his goddaughter's first communion.

I have a question...does anyone prefer just a few charms on their bracelet? I personally don't want to wear one that is filled up and wondered if anyone else took a more minimal approach. (I love the look of filled up bracelets, but would not like one on my wrist!)

I'm hoping to get my bracelet started soon, I have an anniversary and a birthday coming up :graucho:

I have a double black leather bracelet, and like wearing just a few charms on that. Sometimes I wear it alone, or, like today, along with my full silver bracelet. The leather ones are perfect for the more minimalist look!

Just go to a pandora store (or a jewelry store that carries pandora) and ask for one....they will usually give one to you or have them right there on the counter for the taking. Also, if you go to the pandora website, you can create a wishlist and email it to your fiance!! Not so subtle but still!! LOL

Hi ladies!

I've been trying to build a pandora bracelet and recently purchased a bead for the first time off of ebay. The bead came and I don't see any discernable marking on it (925, ALE). Did I end up with a fake bead? It is the rose leaf sterling silver bead (sorry for crummy pic).

Hiya! after some investigating in the pandora store I found out where the ale and the 925 are in the oxidised bit between the leaves its really tiny I had to put my specs on! but its there. urs looks just right compared to the one I looked at today.

Hello Merde,
From what I have heard here, Yes. I personally haven't shopped through one yet. I have found 'Wisconsin Beads' on EBAY but haven't purchased anything because I need to find out first if we have a Pay Pal account I can use. Otherwise, people here have mentioned someone named Kendalldew and she have things sometimes. Have fun!!

^^ What country are you based in? kendalldew is great but will only ship in the US. Collectabead has been around for years and is reputable. It there is something you are interested in, please post the link and we can take a look and advise you. I have been buying Pandora on the Bay for nearly 10 and have yet to be skunked.

Has anyone tried this seller? kollectables326
The pictures look authentic, (as opposed to some on ebay that are so obvious it's not Pandora) He keeps relisting the same charms over and over. The listings are all private, which seems dodgy to me. He is a new seller too. All his feedback WAS good, so I bought from him, then the next day, there were 3 negatives claiming it was fake! I guess I'll see in a few days, crossing my fingers!

Good news is that a local jewler has now started selling Pandora so I can see charms in person instead of just online! Bad news is that it's so new, they don't have ANY new charms, much less from even the fall 2009 collection! They were excited, and said the charms are flying off the shelves, and anticipate getting more soon, but it was odd because I knew so much more than they did! :)

OH, I did get a chance to see the gold muranos though. I've wondered if the gold would even show much, but oh my, they ARE BEAUTIFUL!

It is great having a store so close by BUT it sure has not been good for my wallet. I can not go too often because I HAVE to buy when I am there. I added up all I have and let's just say I would be in hot water if dh knew. I love the golg muranos. IMO the pattern on them is much prettier. You do see the gold unless your bracelet is totally full and then not as much. Once I get into that price range I tend to debate forever like, "well for that price I could get this
and that". It's a sickness.
