They should be a little hard to close but not really hard. Once they are closed they should spin around freely on the threads. I had one that did not and eventually I lost it. I knew it wasn't "quite right" but I let it go. I have since replaced it with a new one. If you feel its not right, take it to a Pandora retailer and ask them to check it for you. Hope this helps. hello all. I have noticed quite a few of you have the leather bracelets, I'm thinking about getting the pink breast cancer one. what do you all think of the leather ones?
I'm unsure about them.
can you have clips? I dont like when all the charms end up around the clasp.

I didnt know the clips went over the screw bits. I'm from england and I got my first pandora on my hols to america in late 2003. waaaay back in 2004 I was reduced to ordering my charms over the internet because they hadnt made it over the pond yet and I got my clips and thought they went on the inside and outside of the screws.

How blonde was I????

there wasnt all the resources there are today like blogs and facebook and there wasnt a shop to go in and ask,

I am am just back from the Pandora shoppe. I got the Mother's Day gift guide...it has beautiful pic's of the new Spring beads. My local shoppe is a store in store and she feels her shipment of the new beads will be in within 10 days. WooHoo! So if anyone has a Pandora company store or a store in store they frequent, be on high alert. :yahoo:

I bought the single brown leather today since I recently scored a DKNY purse in the same shade brown....I LOVE :love::heart::love: it!!!!!

I am a bit frustrated! I am trying to SLOWLY build a blue bracelet. I bought the white agate bead
and blue ribbon murano ane few weeks ago and today I purchased the same 2 beads and they do not match!!! I could see if I bought them online but I bought them both retail. I am aggreviated but I am more embarrassed to have to go back to exchange them and expose how much of a freak I am. :wacko: LOL Do any of you go though this while building a bracelet??? And am I being to picky???

No picky at all. I get upset too when my colors don't match. I have gone back to the store once because my pink beads did not match, and even if it is a little bit embarassing, it is best to be happy with how your bracelet looks :smile1:
