So, I'm a bit ticked with kendalldew. I bought stuff from her in the beginning of Feb. and didn't receive it. I checked the tracking info and it said the post office returned the beads to her ( I never received any slips from the post office or anything.. weird). I have been messaging her and haven't received a response or a refund. I spent about $400, so it's not something she should be ignoring. I hate to open a dispute against her but I don't seem to really have a choice
WTF!!!! This should not be happening. I only got 1 bead this last time and it arrived on time. This is so out of the normal for her. Could she be on vacation?

I bought 100.00 of beads from her and she sent them signature receipt (annoying) I lost my slip throughout the week. I went to the post office and they said they should have sent it back on me (WTF) but luckily I made it there in time . I think the USPS is cutting back on reminders so it must have been returned to kendalldew. Nerve racking she is not responding to you >:/... keep us posted!!!!!

I will take some this weekend after I get my nails fixed up all purty. Miss Kris, I hope your beads find there way to you soon and that it's a oversight on her part. I've never gotten the chance to snap of any of her beads (ya'll are too quick here!
) but have always heard good things. Still, 400 dollars spent and nothing to show for it would make me a wee bit sick. 
I'd give another email, mention a possible dispute and how you just want the beads and an update.) Give her a few days and open one. Good luck!
Hi Miss Kris It isn't Kendaldew's fault if the post office didn't leave a Tried To Deliver Card as that's beyond her control. Whenever, items aren't received within the stipulated time, it's always best to check first to see if it's at the post office for this reason. However, as she received the goods back, she should have written to advise that she would resend if you paid the postage again. It's very bad business if she's not responding to you.
You need to open a dispute fast or you may be out of time. On Ebay U.K. you get 45 days from the date of payment but when I had to open a dispute recently against a Seller, after being fobbed off for several weeks, it wouldn't let me because it has now changed to 32 days. I rang Ebay direct and because it still said 45 days in the Help pages, they refunded me anyway, straight away. I've checked Ebay.com and it says 45 days but I don't know if that's still the case.
Just before you open a dispute, I would ring her: To request a sellers phone number, click the Advanced Search link at the top right of any eBay page. From the Advanced Search page, click the Find Contact Information link on the left side, in the Members section, and follow the instructions.
If you don't get any joy from her, tell her you will leave appropriate feedback ~ she won't want that ~ and that you're opening a dispute. That should concentrate her mind!! If Ebay tell you it's changed to 32 days, do as I did and tell them that they're still advising 45 days in their Help pages.
